An outpatient hospital-based program, we offer a multidisciplinary clinical treatment program. This multidisciplinary approach brings together a team of doctors and other medical professionals who develop and manage your individual treatment plan. We make your referring physician an integral part of the wound management team and communicate with them regarding the wound treatment plan and they remain the main provider of each patients overall care.
