Our newly expanded Parker Adventist Center for Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to patients in one convenient location. Our Center is located in the Sierra Medical Building next to Parker Adventist Hospital. Our address is 9399 Crown Crest Blvd., Parker, CO 80138.

Our Center features a SwimEx pool that is used for all of types of patients, especially those recovering from back or total joint replacement surgeries, strokes, rotator cuff repairs and other sports injuries. The SwimEx pool is used by the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies and U.S. Olympic Training Center, which means our patients have access to the same technology as Colorado’s top athletes.
Physical Therapy
We provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of orthopaedic, neuromuscular and neurological injuries by offering a variety of physical therapy approaches, including specialty techniques of manual therapy, aquatic therapy and women’s health physical therapy. Diagnoses we treat include:
- Low-back pain, strain and sprain
- Neck pain, headache, whiplash and strain
- Sports medicine injuries
- Total joint replacements
- Work injuries
- Orthopaedic injuries
- Foot and ankle injuries
- Temporomandibular joint pains and dysfunctions
- Stroke/neurological diagnoses
- Traumatic brain injuries

- Vestibular deficits, balance deficits and recurrent falls

Occupational Therapy
We provide a broad spectrum of occupational therapy services, including evaluation and treatment of:
- Hand and upper extremity injuries
- Upper extremity splinting by our certified hand therapist
- Orthopaedic injuries or post-surgical treatment
- Neurological deficits
- Cognitive and perceptual deficits
- Low vision and visual motor deficits
- Upper extremity strengthening and coordination
- Ergonomics training
- Wound care
- Home adaptation and adaptive equipment
- Relief of painful conditions, such as carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis
- Driver retraining
Speech-Language Pathology
We provide a wide range of speech-language pathology services, including:
- Accent Reduction Program to improve communication for people with accents
- Augmentative/alternative communication for non-verbal clients, which assists with communication using technology and adaptive devices
- Cognitive therapy to improve memory, attention, processing, problem solving and executive functioning
- Language therapy to improve developmental delays or language impairments due to neurological events
- Speech therapy for articulation disorders and patients affected by surgery, trauma, cancer or neurological conditions
- Swallowing therapy, which includes Modified Barium Swallow Studies to measure swallowing impairment, as well as electrical stimulation technology treatments
- Voice therapy, including LSVT in our voice lab
