Allison Ariail, P.T., D.P.T., CLT-LANA, BCB-PMD, specializes in women's and men's health issues. She has over 13 years of experience. Allison is board certified as a Lymphatic Therapist, as well as in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction. Her areas of specialty include pelvic floor dysfunction for women and men, pelvic pain disorders, pregnancy and postpartum related pelvic ring pain, orthopedic dysfunction in the pelvic ring and low back, lymphedema, and oncology rehabilitation.
Amanda Hamilton, P.T, D.P.T., specializes in sports and orthopedic medicine. She also has a special interest in treating the adolescent athlete. She is certified in trigger point dry needling and provides functional screening for return to sport.
Amy Sides, PT, D.P.T., has experience in outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation, acute care, pediatrics, and home health care. Her primary emphasis is women’s health care, pelvic floor dysfunction, lymphedema, and general orthopaedic rehabilitation.
Crystal Thomas, P.T., D.P.T., specializes in vestibular rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation with an emphasis on aquatic therapy. Her background also includes acute inpatient care as well as outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with a focus on manual therapy. Crystal is certified in Dry Needling and uses this to enhance her treatments when appropriate.
Cyndi Jacobson, P.T., M.T.C., has more than 25 years of physical therapy experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and sports medicine, serving individuals recovering from a variety of neurological and orthopaedic injuries. She is certified in manual therapy and is committed to ongoing continuing education with a focus on manual therapy and sports medicine.
Dana Fritschi, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a certified speech language pathologist with more than 5 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Dana is certified in VitalStim Therapy, myofascial release and LSVT. She specializes in the areas of speech, language, voice, cognitive-linguistic and swallowing disorders related to stroke, traumatic brain injury and neurological impairments.
Dawn Olson, M.S., CCC-SLP, has more than 12 years of experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation as a certified speech-language pathologist. She is certified in Vital Stim, LSVT and Lessac-Madsen Resonant Voice therapy.
Deborah Guckes, M.S., CCC-SLP, Vital Stim and MBSImp certified speech-language pathologist with more than 20 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and acute care services. She works with adults with swallowing disorders, voice disorders, and communication and cognition deficits resulting from neurological disease, traumatic brain injury and stroke.
Heather McStay, A.A.S., P.T.A. has more than 7 years experience in acute care, skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics and emphasis on aquatic rehabilitation.
June Hartmann, M.S., O.T.R., C/N.D.T., is an occupational therapist with more than 30 years of experience working with all ages in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings, as well as home care. Specializing in neuro developmental training, June has a significant educational background and training in adult stroke rehabilitation and low vision, as well as certifications in Saebo and LSVT BIG.
Kelly Martin, O.T.R., C.H.T., is a certified hand therapist with more than 20 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation services. She is committed to managing injuries and medical conditions of the upper extremities.
Laurie Zeimet, M.S. P.T., has more than 11 years experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy. Her primary emphasis is in neurological rehabilitation and general orthopedics. She is also LSVT certified.
Lisa Larson, M.S.P.T., has been working in outpatient rehab for over 6 years. She treats a variety of populations including outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological, and worker’s compensation. She has furthered her education with manual therapy training and sports medicine.
Marty Euwema, P.T., D.P.T., has more than 30 years of physical therapy experience in outpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine, acute care and home care. Her emphasis is in orthopaedic physical therapy with continuing education in manual therapy, sports medicine and aquatic therapy.
Rebekah Lunarodriguez, M.S., P.T., has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She treats a diverse case load that includes general orthopaedic, return to work/sport, vestibular rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation. Rebekah is certified in adult vestibular rehab.
Susie B. Peterson, M.A., C.C.C.-S.L.P., is a certified speech-language pathologist with more than 15 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. She specializes in conditions affecting cognition, speech/language, voice and the swallow mechanism. Susie is certified to provide therapy using VitalStim, DPNS, FMEP and LSVT. She is skilled in assessment and training in the use of augmentative communication devices.
Teresa Legerski, M.S., P.T., has more than 10 years of physical therapy experience in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Her primary emphasis is in general orthopaedics and manual therapy of the spine and extremities.
