  Board-certified in Otolaryngology, Dr. R. Andrew Gaines has a special interest in head and neck surgical oncology and reconstruction. Dr. Gaines recently completed his fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, where he focused on techniques for transoral removal of tumors involving the upper aerodigestive tract. He also trained in advanced techniques for reconstruction of defects of the head and neck. Dr. Gaines completed his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center and received his Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) from Loma Linda University School of Medicine.
