Comprehensive Diabetes Class for Type 1 and Type 2

In this series of classes you will learn about diabetes, nutritional management, physical activity, medications and monitoring. A physician's referral is required to attend this class. Parker Hospital's scheduling department will work with you and your insurance company to gain authorization to attend the course. If you choose to pay out-of-pocket, your fee will be discounted.
