Parker Adventist Hospital strives to provide a fair compensation and benefits package for all Associates. We do this by assessing and conducting market competitive pricing of our positions and pay practices in order to attract and retain the caliber of labor necessary to deliver the quality services that support our mission and values.

Individual pay rates are based on documented and verifiable factors such as:

  • Experience
  • Competencies
  • Education
  • Performance
  • Contribution

Certain positions may be eligible for the following:

  • Shift Differentials
  • On-Call or Call-back Pay
  • Charge Pay
  • PRN or Perdiem differential
  • Certification Pay

During the pre-screening process, candidates will learn more about how they might be in-graded to the appropriate grade for their position if hired.
