• Hand Therapy

  • A painful or injured hand, wrist, elbow or shoulder can involve many of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, joints and bones of a person's upper extremity. Your physician may recommend therapy as part of your treatment plan to regain as much function as possible as a result of an injury, surgery or disease.

At the Centura Health Center for Therapy at Parker Adventist Hospital, patients needing hand therapy receive outstanding continuity of care and optimal outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment.

Our certified hand therapists have extensive training and expertise that enables them to design individualized therapy plans to help patients reduce the risk of re-injury and to restore function in the shortest time period possible in a cost-effective manner.
