• Lung Cancer Screening

  • Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death for both men and women worldwide. Of the top four deadliest cancers in the U.S. (lung, prostate, breast and colorectal), lung cancer is the only one not subject to routine screening. Low-dose CT lung screening is quick, easy, painless, and results in a minimal amount of radiation exposure, similar to a mammogram. No x-ray dye is used during this screening.

The Lung Cancer Screening program at Parker Adventist Hospital offers high-quality imaging with state-of-the-art, low-dose CT equipment. Our program includes board-certified physicians, credentialed technologists and nurse navigators.
