  • Maribeth Trujillo Chief Nursing Officer and VP of Patient Care Services

    Maribeth Trujillo, MS, RN, NE-BC, was named Chief Nursing Officer and VP of Patient Care Services at Parker Adventist Hospital in February 2017. She is responsible and accountable for leading hospital clinical operations, setting standards for nursing care and practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and holds an active leadership role in achieving organizational goals.

    Prior to Parker Hospital, Maribeth was an instrumental and valued member of the Littleton Adventist Hospital family since transferring from Porter Adventist Hospital in 1992. She served in progressive nursing leadership roles and greatly contributed to the nursing care at Littleton Hospital in countless ways for nearly 25 years.

    Highlights of Maribeth’s career at Littleton Adventist Hospital include participation in design and programming for the 2003 women’s services south tower expansion, expansion of the student placement program, and partnering in creation of the Centura Health L.E.A.P. nursing curriculum. Her clinical contributions include co-developer of the Assistant Nurse Manager role, which has been widely adopted across Centura Health, and co-leadership of the successful hospitalist and nursing led multi-disciplinary rounds. Representative of our mission and values, Maribeth has volunteered for 12 years with Project Cure and has led five community health teams in Peru. Most recently, she joined the board for TLC Meals on Wheels. 

    Maribeth’s passion is serving our clinical nursing associates in developing skills and relationships that drive our mission.
